  I purchased a home that Rodney was the listing agent. When appraised, the square footage was not accurate. Not sure how the square footage was calculated but it was not done in an appropriate manner. There was also undisclosed water damage. The bedrooms along the front of the home had significant water damage from flooding with water staining of the pad under the carpet and foundation and rot damage to front siding, osb board, and framing. Rodney would not assist in the resolution with the seller and did not come out to verify the problem which was very obvious once the carpet and front siding were removed. No way was it an "unknown" problem. Our offer was sat on while they continued to show the house, I finally had to set a date to pull the offer before getting an actual response on the offer. The house also had an easement issue that was not disclosed to us until the day before closing. Would not recommend, but if you do, make sure you get accurate information on the house such as sq ft., year built, easement issues, also a commitment on how long of a period will be allowed before getting a response to an offer. Was a very unpleasant experience, would not recommend.
